One of the most rewarding courses a diver can take is the Stress and Rescue Diver course. This course gives you valuable hands-on experience in emergency management. You’ll learn to perform diver assists and rescues, manage dive accident situations and render first aid.

Having the ability to respond to incidents not only makes you more confident in the water but also a more valuable buddy. The course covers these aspects of rescue in detail.

  • These are the skills that can make all the difference in the unlikely event of an underwater emergency. Although challenging, many divers say this is the best course they've ever undertaken.

    The course is usually run over a weekend, with prior eLearning to be completed there is a theory session both days to be conducted in the morning before heading up our local dive sites for our practical skills.

    Certification Prerequisites:Have proof of a valid First Aid and CPR qualification within the last two years, An O2 certification is recommended.
